Jason Forrest is definitely Pushin' It Last week after seeing this picture of Jason Forrest(AKA Dj Donna Summer)'s "Birthday Party" I e-mailed him to wish him a happy one, only to find out that him and 6 other people throw a monthly party called the Birthday Party. I felt kinda dumb but then I thought "What a great idea.". Jacky and I spent a day with Jason when we were in Berlin. We listened to really weird Japanese trance, went to record stores, and discussed Berlin's minimal techno obsession over ice cream. He gave us a whole bunch of music that I promise to start sharing, but I wanted to post this song first. Mr. Donna Summer read Evan's last post and then made his own remix of Push-It and sent it over just for us. Thank's Jason!!!. At first I thought "whoa this is really crazy" but then I found myself listening to it over and over again. I sent it to a few friends who did the exact same thing.
